NICKIE NOU

Nickie Nougaisse is a visionary entrepreneur, business strategist, and the Founder/CEO of Curls
Dynasty, a globally recognized natural haircare brand. Her journey began out of frustration—
years of chemical processing had left her hair severely damaged, leading her to take matters into
her own hands. Determined to restore her hair’s health, she ditched the relaxers, embarked on a
natural hair journey, and started formulating her own products in her kitchen. What began as a
personal experiment quickly became a movement, as she shared her discoveries and solutions
with others facing similar struggles.
